ORLANDO, FLORIDA – Monday, August 11 at the WEVA International Awards Ceremony, our founder, Vance Hohenthaner recieved the Bob Le Bar Vision Award.
“The Bob Le Bar Vision Award- A charter member of WEVA International, Bob Le Bar was a gifted artist and animator. His vision of a bright and positive future for what was then a fledgling cottage industry paved a path by showing videographers the importance and value of a professional image at all time. When we learn of WEVA members whose pioneering efforts clear a path by which other members may benefit, we honor them for “raising the bar” with the Bob Le Bar Vision Award. Established in 2000, this honor is not an award for video creativity, rather it is an award to honor forward thinking that enables us all to progress to a higher level.” – WEVA EXPO 2008
